Anka Martin

By Nzo

Nelson’s Anka Martin has been at the forefront of the Enduro scene since it began, and she knows what she will need to compete at the top level in this exciting new branch of the mountain biking sport. Anka chose Nzo for her race and casual apparel in 2014 because she liked the low-key branding and the fit of the New Zealand designed shorts, especially the womens’ Scuffer model.

For 2015 Anka has joined the new Juliana SRAM womens’ team with her other team members, Americans Kelli Emmett and Sarah Leishman. The team is based in Santa Cruz, California, and will appear at EWS Championship rounds all over the World, and selected events in North America. While the gear sponsors read like a who’s who of high-end equipment, New Zealand company Nzo is supplying the race shorts. A brand new model Nzo calls the Burners was developed for the race team, and a limited number was produced for sale on the Nzo website.

Burners are the lightest baggy shorts Nzo have ever produced, and have a high degree of stretch as well as the usual great Nzo fit.
