Challenge Family and 32Gi Announce Major European Event Partnerships

By Challenge Family

Challenge Family and 32Gi have today announced a key partnership that will see 32Gi as the Official Nutrition Partner of five major European Challenge Family races from 2015 to 2017.

The partnership includes the world’s largest long course triathlon event, Challenge Roth, which has been awarded the title of the “Race of the Year” for four consecutive years. More than 5,500 athletes at Challenge Roth will be fuelled on-course by 32Gi’s premium nutrition products including Endure Drink, Chews, FoodBars and Gels.

“Fuelling endurance athletes is our core focus,” says Mark Wolff, 32Gi Director.

“We have formed great relationships and trust within the multisport communities keeping our products clean with no unnecessary additives. Partnering with Challenge Family further entrenches our commitment to athletes, endurance sports and events as we spread our wings across the European continent. We are proud to be working with such a credible organisation such as Challenge Family where our values are aligned to family, health, fitness and performance.”

In addition to Challenge Roth, the partnership also includes Challenge Heilbronn (GER), Challenge Denmark (DEN), Challenge Paguera-Mallorca (ESP) and Challenge Walchsee-Kaiserwinkl (AUT) from 2015 to 2017.

Challenge Family CEO, Zibi Szlufick, said it is important to Challenge Family to align with partners that contribute to the positive performance of our athletes in producing their best.

“We are thrilled to welcome 32Gi to our Challenge Family of partners. Challenge Family and 32Gi have worked closely together over the last months on developing a premium nutrition partnership that provides our athletes with the best possible nutrition on their training and racing journey as well as delivering an innovative, supportive and progressive partner to our event owners,” he said.

The first event under the new partnership will be the inaugural Challenge Denmark on June 13, 2015. Featuring competitors in both the full (226km) and half (113km) distances, this event takes place near the iconic Legoland Billund Resort in the spectacular Jutland region of Denmark.
