Camelbak Summer Cup - Course reveal

By Nduro

The first round of the Camelbak Summer Mountain Bike Cup Series is upon us and the has finally be revealed for event one.

Cross country mountain bikers from all over New Zealand head to the groomed trails of Arapuke Mountain Bike park in Palmerston North on the 8th of January 2017.

The Arapuke trails have recently undergone a dramatic change at the hands of Southstar trails and is the crown jewel for the regions mountain bike network.

The series is headlined by Camelbak who have got in behind Nduro Events New Zealand to create a nonprofit series that not only takes participants to locations less ridden but it also doubles as a fundraiser for the local trails.

Based at the top end of Scott Road, spectators can nearly see the entire course within a three-minute walk from the event village.

The Manawatu Mountain Bike clubs have embraced the Camelbak Summer Cup and have been busy preparing the trails. It is going to be spectacular course to ride, perfect for people come along to watch and or join in on the action.
