Former professional rugby league star and current Vodafone Warriors strength and conditioning coach Ruben Wiki is tackling the world’s largest running series, Warrior Dash. As one of the sports most recognized, Ruben Wiki has won the hearts of NRL fans across Australia and New Zealand for his on field fortitude and off field amiability and now will be testing his limits by participating in Warrior Dash.

Having earned his reputation as one of NRL’s fittest ex-sport star, Wiki will prove he has what it takes to become an all-time Warrior and when he takes on The Battleground along with his personal trainer wife.

Warrior Dash is officially the world’s largest running series and has attracted over one million participants worldwide. The event will be hitting Australia on April 20 beginning in Victoria and making its way across the country.

Warrior Dash’s official charity partner is the Australian Red Cross and all fundraising efforts raised through Warrior Dash aid in ensuring the Red Cross is able to continue their everyday work supporting some of the most vulnerable people and communities in Australia and throughout the world.

Warrior Dash Event Manager Alicia Hannon is ecstatic to have Ruben on board supporting the Warrior Dash event series. Ms Hannon is excited to have such a credible sport star inspiring participants to register and fundraise for the Red Cross.

“To have someone of Ruben’s caliber supporting Warrior Dash is really positive. He really is the epitome of a Warrior!” said Ms Hannon.
